Founding Cohort Registration Agreement

1. Your seat
Your seat in the ALI Founding Cohort is confirmed once your first payment is successfully processed. The eight-week cohort officially begins in January 2027 and runs virtually.
2. Price and payment
Pay in full: $299 CAD. Two-payment plan: $190 CAD at registration and $190 CAD charged automatically to the same card four weeks later, for a total of $380 CAD. All prices are in Canadian dollars.
3. The payment plan is a commitment
Choosing two payments is a way to spread the cost, not a trial. By choosing it you agree to pay the full $380 CAD, and you authorize Acting Like It to charge your saved card for the second payment. The balance remains owing even if you stop attending. If the second payment fails, Rae-Ann will contact you to arrange it; access may be paused until it is paid.
4. Refunds
If you withdraw in writing before the cohort begins in January 2027, you will receive a refund of 50% of the amount you have paid. No refunds are given once the cohort has begun. Exceptions may be considered, at Rae-Ann's sole discretion, for extreme circumstances.
5. The Head Start bonus
The November–December Head Start is a free bonus included with your seat. It has no cash value, is not part of the eight-week program, and does not change the refund terms.
6. Attendance and recordings
Missed sessions are not refunded, credited or transferred. Recordings are shared when available, for your personal use only.
7. Materials and privacy
Program materials, recordings and exercises are for your own use. You may not share, resell, copy or record sessions without written permission. What other members share in sessions stays in the room.
8. Conduct
This is a respectful, supportive space. Rae-Ann may remove a participant whose behaviour is disruptive or disrespectful; any refund is handled under section 4.
9. Not a guarantee of results
Coaching builds skills; results depend on your participation and practice. Acting Like It does not guarantee specific business or financial outcomes.
10. Your agreement
By ticking the agreement box at registration you confirm you have read and accept these terms. Your acceptance, the agreement version and the date are recorded with your registration.
